Carbon Footprint
We prepare a detailed inventory of the greenhouse gas emissions generated in facility and investment processes, within the framework of the ISO 14064 and GHG Protocol standards; this inventory comprehensively sets out the direct and indirect emission sources of the business. We turn the resulting data into reports compliant with international standards and define reduction targets specific to each business. This work also covers establishing corporate carbon neutrality targets, preparing data that can be integrated into ESG reporting processes, and managing the process of compliance with climate change legislation.

LEED Certification Processes
We manage the process for the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification system, administered by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), from end to end. We stand by the building or facility owner at every stage — from assessing the achievable certification level before application, to compiling the required technical documentation, from preparing the application to monitoring the progress of the certification process. Throughout, we ensure coordination with the relevant public institutions and certification authorities, supporting the timely and seamless achievement of the targeted certification.

Blue Water Efficiency
We analyse the groundwater and surface water (blue water) consumed at industrial and tourism facilities, and reveal current usage efficiency through measurable data. Within this scope, we carry out business-specific water footprint calculations and identify points of loss and inefficiency in water use. Based on the findings, we provide concrete recommendations for establishing zero liquid discharge targets and evaluating water recovery scenarios, supporting businesses in aligning their water management with sustainability principles.
